To register to vote or make any changes to your voter registration, you must complete a new Voter Registration Form at the Office of the City Clerk during regular business hours. For more information about registering to vote, see their How to Register page.

Absentee Ballot applications for the upcoming elections can be printed using the link below and completed in the convenience of your home. As a registered Manchester voter, you may mail, e-mail (elections@manchesternh.gov), fax, or hand deliver your completed application to the Office of the City Clerk, One City Hall Plaza, Manchester, NH 03101.
